It *was* entertaining, but created more problems than it solved and, ultimately, didn't get us - or Diana and Conan - much further towards where they needed to be.

That cliffhanger was impressive, though. That final page was heartbreaking. Simone and Lopresti have done such a good job with that friendship.

I do want to know who's doing the narration, though. Because at times it doesn't strike me as typical third-person narration. I don't know. I might be over-thinking things there.

But thanks for the feedback. It's always good to hear from you. I am enjoying this series and it's great to know it's not just me! :DJeremy Dawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17713744816491178705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8557726951171561616.post-86385873673701453432017-12-22T01:03:16.712-05:002017-12-22T01:03:16.712-05:00Great review, Jeremy! I enjoyed the bar scene a bit more than you; but I generally enjoy ale (and/or lager) more than most.
So will Diana have to get drunk again to remember that she has a lasso of truth out there?
My other reason for going a bit higher was the ending cliffhanger in the flashback. I have no doubt that Simone will give us a great resolution to the situation, and I am eagerly anticipating issue 5.DancingMikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09811406797588086329noreply@blogger.com
