Together again for the first time, the Emerald Archer meets Black Canary. Questioning everything Green Arrow believes in, Dinah Lance throws the hero’s world upside down, forcing him to question what he cares about more: his morals or his money?
Seems like Oliver's got 99 problems... Green Arrow and Black Canary together again! Sounds awesome...except for Dinah messin' with Ollie's head. His morals or his money?!?! Why can't he have both? Seriously, the guy was stuck on an island for god knows how long, has fought (and become) a werewolf, was killed by Deathstroke and don't get me started with the stuff that Ann Nocenti made him do! Doesn't he deserve a little bit of the finer things in life?!? Not if Dinah has her way! I guess the only consolation is that he immediately has the sexiest dressed accountant I've ever seen. That is some casual Friday Dinah has going on there.
I like how this preview shows Green Arrow facing a tough choice between his morals and his money, especially with Black Canary challenging his way of thinking. I remember struggling to balance studies and personal time, which made me understand how hard choices can be. During that stressful period, I even searched for pay someone to take my exam, but I realized that handling my own work helped me learn more. Like Oliver, we all need to think carefully before making choices that affect our values.
