Now that Superman has said goodbye to those he loved in Action Comics, Superman: Son of Kal-El and Superman and the Authority, it's finally time to head off to Warworld to see what Phillip Kennedy Johnson has planned in renewing Mongul's backstory and who he is as a whole in the world of Superman villains. On top of that, we'll also see what Guardian is up to in the Tales of Metropolis backup but personally, I don't know who needs that beyond die-hard Guardian fans who need to purge what's going on with the character in Checkmate. Shade aside, let's check out Superman and his Authority pals.

Let's head on back to Gotham and check in on how Jace Fox's time as Batman is treating him. You know, since he kind of pulled a double-edge sword last issue where he revealed that he's not the Batman that doesn't kill.... but then also revealed that he's not the Batman that everyone needs to be afraid of for a different reason. Things are crazy in Gotham with The Seer creating militia groups calling themselves the Moral Authority and maybe with all the other Bat-Family members being busy with the Magistrate, Scarecrow, and all-around Fear State, it's on Jace's shoulders to take the Seer down all by himself..... even though it looks like The Seer is going to be The Batgirls' villain as well. Let's check it out.

That being said, we have a heap of mystery as the Network starts to get uncovered, and in this issue, we'll see how they might be a part of the Court of Owls as well. Let's jump into this issue and see what else we can learn from this title. Let's check it out.

I was into this book big time when we were getting the Red Hood and Grifter stories at the beginning, but it's hit or miss for me since those both ended.  This month we continue one story I am interested in and get a one-shot that surprised me.  Does that equal out to a banger of an issue?  Let's find out...
