Weird Science DC Comics Podcast Episode 55: That's How Painkillers Work

Jim and Eric get together and talk a bunch of nonsense...only to find out they weren't recording it. Yep, an hour and a half of the podcast just disappeared and while others may have given up, these two idiots started over and ended up with over 5 hours of...well, something.  They talk all of the DC Comics that came out this week (including Poison Ivy with guest, Reggie), discuss the news and more.  If they aren't the #hardestworkingguysinpodcasting, they are the stupidest.  Enjoy!

  1. Wow I think you have a new Opening song on yer hands. This week was okay, my pull list this week where Batman & Robin eternal, Batman, Titans Hunt, and Superman & Wonder Woman.

Batman & Robin was pretty good this week even thou it wasn't tynion writing. Batmans Joker moment was Awesome, and Titans hunt I feel is taking its time to pick up speed. And Clark was finally Superman-like for the first time in this stupid Truth Garbage. And I may be the only one who actually wants to see superman redeem himself to Wonder Woman. Kingdom Come is one of my favorite stories I've ever read and what really makes it work is the Relationship Between Clark and Diana.

    Great Podcast

  2. I will no longer refer to you guys as "negative". From now on I will refer to you guys as "passionate". I love your made up listener emails by the way, especially this Manship loser!

    1. I usually handle the "manship" mails...it's the new age way of talking to yourself through emails!

  3. It just hit me, you guys made up Tim's email! Great work on generating controversy with a internally generated listener email.

  4. We learn two things from this week's podcast. Firstly, Jim can illustrate any point by making an anology to hamburgers.Second, Jim and Eric actually did practice runs for the Weird Science podcasts, who knew? Still the best, funniest and most honest comic podcast going.

    2. All the rings disappeared at once, so right now there isn't any in the Universe.

  6. What bothers me is WHY! why only green lantern rings and not any other all the rings have the same tech and its not because of will power because hal would be gone too
