Marvel Monday's Marvelous Covers of the Week - 7/5/2017

Marvel Monday’s Marvelous Covers of the Week - 7/5/2017

Well since nobody sent any hate mail into the show cussing me out, as of yet, for jacking Reggie’s style I’m going to do it again.  So what we have here is a brief article featuring some of the great covers from the side rarely spoke about in these parts, except on Monday’s of course, Marvel Comics. Jump in check them out, let me know if there is any cover I overlooked in the comments below should you disagree, and remember get a hold of me any time before Monday if you’d like to see your suggestions featured!

Avengers #9
Cover Artist: Alex Ross
Jane Foster as Thor is sent away somewhere by evil Captain America … without her hammer can she survive in a strange world??? This cover provides no hints as to what will or will not happen but it sure is sexy to look at.

Iron Fist #5 (Get Fresh Crew suggestion, WHOOP WHOOP)
Cover Artist: Jeff Deka
I feel bad for poor Iron Fist’s villain here because Mr. Deka makes him being punched in the face so beautiful I really want to see it over and over again.

Spider-Man Master Plan #1 Variant
Cover Artist: Guiseppe Camuncoli
Couldn’t neglect Spider-Man on the week of a movie release and this cover done by Camuncoli is by far the best of the bunch released alongside this one shot celebrating the early days of Peter. Say what you will about the story on the inside but I bought it for this cover alone mostly.

Spider-Man #18 (Get Fresh Crew suggestion, WHOOP WHOOP)
Cover Artist: Patrick Brown

This is a great composition and use of color, if you’ll allow me to get fancy for a second, and I adore how the blood is dripping off Spider-Man’s hands.  Weird thing to adore I know but its eye catching.
