News Team Assemble!!!!

Things have started to really gather steam here lately, and Ra's has decided now is the time to really put his plan into official action. Anyone who's a hero on Earth is starting to catch wind of what's happening so lets see who's in who's out and where this throw down is about to happen. This is also your weekly reminder don't count on Injustice 2 characters you enjoy sticking around to long regardless of their importance.  Jump in at your own risk.

The issue starts on Kahndaq with the training of Supergirl continuing in a positive direction as we see her best Black Adam.  Her and Wonder Woman are about to mix it up to see if shes ready for the big time when they're interrupted by a call from Damien.  He gives them the update of Ra's and how he's unleashed Amazo requesting any help they can provide to take it down before its too late ... if they can at all.  Black Adam and Wonder Woman go off leaving Supergirl behind for fear of what Batman might do should he find her even existing.

From there we move to Amazo dropping down in Delhi starting his path of destruction, which alerts Brother Eye to inform Batman.  From there Batman puts a calls out to anyone and everyone left in the Injustice universe that they're needed to stop the ultimate threat.

Update from the Fortress of Solitude, as Conner Kent recovers from his recent heart surgery.  After a inspiring talk from the Kent's Conner suits up and heads off with the remaining Titans to help against Amazo as our issue concludes on a emotional high.

Overall this was a decent setup issue getting the stage ready for an epic throw down that will most likely last a couple issues and take a couple more of our beloved characters from us.  While I cant wait for whats coming I was a little bored reading this issue but did get a little enjoyment from the one big development we got. The art looks great here though and even though its just a lot of people responding to calls from all over the place it looks good doing it.

Bits and Pieces

Injustice 2 I'm a little bit down on this week, with a heavy setup issue, getting our pieces into place for an epic battle to come.  This title however still looks consistently great and I have faith in Tom Taylor to deliver an epic conclusion to come. Not a place to jump on for newbie but good setup for long time readers.

7.0/10
