Margot Robbie Cast As Harley Quinn In The Upcoming Suicide Squad Movie

After only a couple of days since Jared Leto was talked about joining the cast of Suicide Squad as the Clown Prince of Crime, it seems that his main squeeze has gone a head and got herself finalized in the villain movie.  Margot Robbie who you might remember from The Wolf of Wall Street......  I'd name some others but it seems that this actress is relatively new to the movie scene and I haven't seen any other of her flicks, has been cast as the nutty moll of the Joker, Harley Quinn.  Casting seems to be in full effect for this Suicide Squad movie with names like Will Smith and Tom Hardy being approached to star, but I'm afraid that with this film's premiere date already scheduled for 2016, that it will be rushed and not get the care it deserves and we all know shoving big actors into a movie just for the sake of them being there is never a good idea.

It's kind of funny to me to think about everyone praising and shunning the idea of Jared Leto being the Joker when he isn't even cast yet, when the biggest thing for people to condemn this movie is how well the actress will play Harley Quinn.  She's a fan favorite and while she might be relatively new to the comic book scene, she definitely rivals the Joker in fandom.  So if Robbie can't pull off the zany antics and annoying Quinn voice for all the onlookers and meeting their expectations, then Warner Bros. might just as well call this a flop right off the bat, because it's Margot Robbie we're all going to be looking at.

  1. Yeah i'm worried about this movie. They seem to be REALLY rushing to get this out. However I was watching a clip from the wolf on wall street..she kinda had a lighter version of Harley's voice in that, sooo Just like Batffleck, we'll just have to see when the trailer comes out

  5. This is either going to be really good or really bad...

One one hand it's great that they are FINALLY adding Live Action to the mediums Harley Quinn has appeared but on the other hand if it isn't done right....
